Your mission
Own new business completely. Build the outbound engine. Help turn founder led selling into something that scales.

What you'll do

  • Build outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, calls; threaded across stakeholders)
  • Run full sales cycle: discovery to demo to proposal to close
  • Maintain HubSpot discipline: stages, next steps, close dates, forecasting
  • Ensure a clean handover to CX after signature

Your profile

What we're looking for

  • 2 to 4+ years B2B SaaS closing experience (outbound first; not SDR only)
  • Track record of creating pipeline and closing deals independently
  • Strong discovery, demo execution, and negotiation
  • Clean CRM habits: HubSpot is a big plus
  • German and English (German strongly preferred)
  • Willing to travel (in DACH)
